Consultation has concluded

The City of Perth are pleased announce rectification works will take place within the Citiplace Concourse to improve amenity and safety.

Rectification works will involve removal and replacement to five sections of the Citiplace Concourse flooring surface. Incorporating the installation of larger ‘strip drains’ within the project, increasing drainage capacity throughout.

To ensure repairs were successful an initial exploratory stage was implemented to minimise disruption and maintain a ‘business as usual’ approach. The City has now successfully completed the initial exploratory stage and will commence work to 'Location C' from the 17th of October 2022.

Please Note: All tenancies and the Citiplace Concourse will remain accessible throughout rectification works.


Construction Update

Works to finalise the Citiplace Concourse Flooring works have recommenced. Details of each work zone targeted for replacement and the proposed staging for implementation is indicated in the attached Stakeholder Letter. Anticipated work dates are as below –

The various work areas are all now well progressed. Final stages have experienced slight delays due to inclement weather or excess moisture present in the flooring substrate. An additional ‘Location F’ has been included, which is adjacent to the lift lobby and will be completed in parallel with the remaining stages.
